  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

  • Apparel items must have all original tags attached.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the receival date.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at mondofitnessaustralia@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

3. Shipping Your Return:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

4. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Exchanges:

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the return shipping, and a replacement or refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.

7. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that are not in the original condition, have been washed, or do not have the original tags cannot be returned.

8. International Returns:

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with the return.
